Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling. Please note same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee. We kindly request that you inform your provider of any allergies or medications, including the use of Accutane, to facilitate optimal care.

All product sales are final unless the items are defective. For a full refund, products must be unopened and returned within 14 days for exchanges or returns. Should you find our services unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a complimentary follow-up session based on your provider's criteria.
